Lake Dallas, TX – Z Floor Co, LTD, a Sports Flooring Company, will begin conducting business in Lake Dallas by the end of this week. Z Floor will open its new office, warehouse, and Basketball Showroom after relocating from Dallas, TX. Owner, Kevin Zablosky, purchased the lot back in 2010 and this opening will be the first commercial project on its parcel of land on Betchan Street. Z Floor office staffs 7 employees while employing 25 others for off-site work. The move will bring additional revenue for local restaurants and businesses.
One highlight of Z Floor’s new building will be its new 3,000 sq ft basketball floor showroom. The showroom features several different types of hardwood basketball floors for potential owners, architects, designers and school officials to come in, bounce a ball, jump up & down and shoot some baskets. The new showroom also provides synthetic flooring, rubber flooring, and sport vinyl flooring systems to view and feel.
Z Floor recently installed the areas first Conner V.I.P basketball maple floor at Texas Woman’s University (Magee Arena). The new floor is kinder and gentler on the athletes’ body providing less wear and tear. The new TWU floor also includes new and innovative floor graphics, giving TWU a beautiful show piece for their staple arena. Z Floor continues to deliver quality flooring to Texas and Oklahoma and with many ongoing projects in and around Denton County. Z Floor is very excited about its new Lake Dallas facility. They are looking forward to building new relationships in the area while continuing excellent service to their current clients.
